MEXP — Master Employee Experience Professional

Shape the discipline.

MEXP is the senior tier — for practitioners who design, scale and innovate listening at the most demanding edge, and who are ready to mentor the next generation.

Audience

Senior practitioners with ten or more years of experience: consultancy leads, principal in-house practitioners, those who scale and innovate listening at the most demanding edge.

What an MEXP can do

Design and lead listening transformations across multiple organisations or business units. Mentor CEXP candidates. Contribute to the field through research, writing or speaking. Shape the next generation of practice.

Curriculum

Seven units with a project-based spine: strategic leadership, scaling listening programmes, innovation in EX listening, mentoring practice, thought leadership, industry contribution, and a mastery integrative project.

Capstone

Three components over twelve to eighteen months. Practice — at least three full VOICE cycles in different contexts. Mentoring — successful supervision of at least two CEXP candidates through their capstones. Contribution — a published piece, conference keynote, or substantive contribution to the BoK.

Assessment

Advanced exam plus oral interview before the Faculty Panel; portfolio across the three components; live presentation; the Ethics pledge.

Effort and fee

150-plus learner and practice hours, including 20-plus supervised hours and the mentoring of two CEXP candidates. Indicative fee: from £8,000 / $10,000.

Recertification

Every three years, via continuing thought-leadership contribution and continuing mentoring evidence.
