Audience
Three to five years of practice, leading listening programmes for an organisation or for clients.
What a CEXP can do
Design, lead and integrate a complete listening programme at organisational level. Defend statistical and methodological choices. Coach managers and senior leaders through their findings. Recognise the failure modes early and steer around them.
Curriculum
Ten units, with depth across Foundations, the VOICE methodology, advanced instrument design, advanced analysis, change and accountability, building feedback competence as a capability, stakeholder engagement, and ethics in practice.
Capstone
Deliver a full VOICE cycle for a real or simulated client organisation on pindrop. Submit programme charter, design rationale, fielded campaign, full analysis, leadership presentation, action plan with outcomes tracked over a follow-up window. Live oral defence to a panel.
Assessment
Comprehensive exam combining theory and applied scenarios (pass mark 75 percent), capstone judged competent / refer / not yet competent, portfolio of supporting work, live oral defence, and the Ethics pledge.
Effort and fee
100–120 learner hours over six months, plus 15 hours of supervised practice with an MEXP mentor. Indicative fee: £4,000 / $5,000.
Recertification
Every three years, by continuing-practice evidence (one new full programme delivered) and continuing-education credits.
