AEXP — Associate Employee Experience Professional

Run a listening campaign, end to end.

AEXP is the foundation tier — for practitioners new to EX listening. The work is to learn the discipline well enough to deliver a single campaign with confidence.

Audience

People analysts and HRBPs taking on a listening brief, junior EX roles, in-house practitioners stepping into the role for the first time, consultants adding EX to their offer.

What an AEXP can do

Run a single listening campaign on pindrop end-to-end under light supervision. Read and present the results competently. Spot the difference between good and bad practice in someone else's programme.

Curriculum

Eight units covering Foundations, the VOICE cycle, each VOICE stage in turn, and working ethically with feedback.

Capstone

Design and execute a single listening campaign on pindrop — real or simulated — and submit a portfolio: instrument, communications plan, results presentation, action plan, reflective journal.

Assessment

Online proctored knowledge exam (pass mark 70 percent). Capstone portfolio judged competent / not yet competent / refer. Reflective journal across the programme.

Effort and fee

40–60 self-paced learner hours, plus around five hours of asynchronous mentor review. Indicative fee: £1,500 / $2,000. Founder Cohort discount applies to the inaugural intake — see Founder Cohort.

Recertification

Every three years, by continuing-practice evidence (one new campaign run) or re-examination.
