Entry criteria at a glance
AEXP. Open to applicants. Some prior exposure to employee listening is helpful but not required.
CEXP. Three years' practice in employee listening, or AEXP plus one full programme delivered.
MEXP. Ten years' senior practice, evidence of two CEXP candidates ready to mentor, and a contribution proposal.
Application fees are non-refundable; pathway fees are payable on enrolment and may be paid in instalments where indicated.
